Punk, I appreciate your post, but the truth is I have seen no trace of these " Millions living will never die". Do you think it possible these people vanished in to thin air? Sometimes I think I have seen these millions. When I look up in to the sky against the sun, then I see tiny silver wings fluttered high up to the heavens, millions of them, maybe more. Who can count them? Are these the millions who Charles T Russell, the founder of this crap was talking about would never die before Armageddon?

Anyway his prediction is over 100 years late, and before the earthquake explodes I have smoked sausage and a bottle of wine to open.

Great post Punk, and you make great points. The really sad, pathetic thing though is most of the nine million don't even raise a shadow of doubt against the G.B.

Anyway on the positive, I believe of the 9 million at least two and a half million have that doubt in their ears. That is why I have changed my thinking on simply walking away. I really believe the " resistance" movement is doing its sabotage. I believe each post I make is heard by " enemy" friendly ears.

Any organisation that tells its members not to listern to foreign words has something to hide, and can't win. Our little posts are read, and we do talk, and Mr Jackson and his G.B members can't stop us talking. So who are we doing the talking on this site? We are made up of of Ex Jws from elders,and sisters to ministerial servants, and ex brothers, all united in helping you still in lurkers see that Mr Jackson is just a man, and that the JWs organistion is a cult.

My personal story is I once belonged to this small group of people, I too was one deceived.

Cofty" As soon as somebody actually defines what they mean by " God" we can definitely proove it doesn't exist.This is especially true of the God of Christian/Muslim /Jewish theism.

The Rebel (A) The God of Christian/ Muslim/ Jewish theism is an organised religiouse God, that I wouldn't want to travel around with. I see that God more like a un-respectable housewife. But how can you divorce a God you never married in love and never consummated the marriage with? Well Iam in that predicament and I am awaiting my divorce. Yes I see the problem, When I was 18 I once thought and spoke like you. That wasn't the person I wanted to be, so I bought myself that railway ticket and have travelled around, and discovered my 18 year old thinking was really quite, unattractive.

Now as I write I imagine you as an English gentleman, a pipe smoker, a kind hearted and friendly man, who has immediate understanding and sympathy, for each posters problems and you are keen to teach.

I am sure we each have a perception of the poster we reply to?

So imagine me as a poor refugee with limited education? or imagine me as a psychiatrist? The Rebel (A) Simply put my point is being alive is the sublimation of all that is good in life. This is why I think too much thinking takes us to the fantazy asylum, where everything depends on " my wish rhymes".

So my point is, I am alive, and my being alive does not depend on what either " YOU" or the " W.T" define as truth. Also the stronger voice can often emulate Nazism, and that voice in my country 20 years ago was homosexuality is wrong. ( Did you agree with that 20 years ago? How many other times have you been 100% sincerely wrong?) Having jumped that hurdle of having been so right so many times, then proven wrong so many times, I think for me without scientific evidence God should be a strictly a private affair. ( Organised religion is another matter)

Well some people go on reading Nietzsche all day and night. Too much thinking can do something to a persons mind. Therefore If " too much thinking" produces nothing but cold-blooded logical calculation, which only creates inhuman distance from other humans then I would rather not think so much.

Now back to my Nietzsche, and the world of thought...I prefer walking my dog.
